Pathway Systems is NETCO’s dedicated division specializing in structured cabling, network cabling, data cabling, and audio visual installation services.
We design and install reliable network infrastructure, including Ethernet cabling, low-voltage wiring, and commercial AV systems, to keep your business connected and running smoothly.

What services do you provide?
We design, supply, install, and support AV solutions for meeting rooms, lecture halls, digital signage, event production, houses of worship, control rooms, and home theaters.
Do you design custom systems or only sell standard packages?
We do both. We offer off-the-shelf packages for common room sizes and fully custom designs for unique spaces or complex integrations.
Do you serve my area?
We primarily serve New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada, including Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, Saint John, Fredericton, Bathurst, Miramichi, PEI, and Nova Scotia. For projects outside these areas we can often mobilize teams or coordinate with local partners.

How do you price projects and is a site survey required?
Pricing is based on scope, including room size, equipment choices, integration complexity, labor, and specialty work. We provide upfront itemized proposals.
For accurate quotes on installs or retrofits, a site survey is typically required, though virtual surveys are available for simple projects.

What is the typical project timeline and will installation disrupt our business?
Small meeting rooms are often completed in 1–2 weeks, medium projects 4–8 weeks, and large custom projects several months.
We plan installs to minimize disruption through evenings, weekends, or phased scheduling, coordinated by a dedicated project manager.

Which brands do you work with and can you integrate with existing systems?
We work with a wide range of industry-leading brands selected for performance and reliability. We evaluate existing AV and IT systems and provide integration or migration plans following AV/IT best practices.
Are conferencing platforms supported and are network changes required?
Yes. Systems are designed to work with Zoom, Teams, and Webex. Many solutions use the network (AV over IP), and we coordinate network requirements with your IT team if needed.

Do you offer support, maintenance, and training?
Yes. We offer service contracts, priority or standard response support, remote monitoring, staff training, and provide documentation including drawings, equipment lists, and user guides.

What warranties, insurance, and project policies do you have?
Equipment follows manufacturer warranties and our installation includes a workmanship warranty. We are insured and licensed and can provide COI upon request.
We handle change orders when scope changes and can remove or responsibly recycle old equipment.

Do you support events, streaming, accessibility, and security requirements?
Yes. We provide event technicians, streaming and recording services, accessibility considerations, and secure conferencing configurations following vendor best practices.
